Jefa BG10 and BG13 bevel gearbox

The Jefa BG10 bevel box is used when the routing of the transmission system requires a 90 degrees angle. The gearbox housing and input sockets are made of black anodised aluminium 6082. The stainless steel shafts run in sealed ball bearings and the gears are made of special gear steel. The mounting flange can be mounted on four different positions without removing the input sockets. The maximum torque to be transmitted is 40 KgM.
The BG10 bevel box has a 1:1 gear ratio, when more turns of the wheels are required, one should use the step ratio gearbox BG13 with a reduction of 1,2:1.

Jefa BG11 and BG14 bevel gearbox

The Jefa BG11 bevel box is the 3-way version of the BG10 box. The extra output allows a connection to the inside steering system or a second outside steering position.
The BG11 bevel box has a 1:1 gear ratio, when more turns of the wheels are required, one should use the step ratio gearbox BG14 with a reduction of 1,2:1.

Jefa BG11-AP and BG14-AP bevel gearbox

The Jefa BG11-AP bevel box is the autopilot connection version of the BG10 box. The extra output with autopilot mounting flange allows a connection of the transmission autopilot drive. This option offers an easy to install and extreme reliable autopilot drive integration. More information on the transmission drive can be found on our autopilot drive pages.
